Atelier is where the unparalleled quality of RASTONE stone comes into being, thanks to the painstaking craftsmanship and professionalism of its technical staff and cutting-edge machinery. With a design office, technical office and workshop, the Atelier embodies the spirit of RASTONE, where each and every project becomes an exclusive creation, made to measure to meet the various construction needs. A virtuous process that starts by listening carefully to the customer, then analysing the architectural feasibility of the project, assisting the customer in the choice of materials and production methods and ends with the laying of the finished product.
RASTONE Atelier technicians are always at the customer's service, guaranteeing their full attention and using all their skills and know-how to ensure that each project is a success. After listening to the customer's wishes and needs, RASTONE technicians examine the idea from an architectural point of view: this involves assessing both the aesthetic and construction requirements, carrying out a feasibility study and preparing a cost budget.
Once the feasibility of the project is certain, the next stage is to start designing the product. During this stage, RASTONE Atelier personnel assist our customers every step of the way as they choose the best materials to suit their tastes and the final product. Once the materials have been chosen, the Atelier plans how it is to be achieved, programming the various stages to suit requirements.
Production only starts once every aspect of the project has been analysed and planned. The production stage starts with fine machining of the chosen materials to ensure technically valid results and a unique look. Each product is made to measure, thereby guaranteeing trouble-free, efficient laying and faultless results at every stage in the process.
Having successfully completed all the preliminary steps and production, RASTONE proceeds with the actual laying of the product, from preparing the substrate or walls to laying the materials, and all the steps in-between, always following a tried and tested installation procedure.
